Hengsheng town is located 50 kilometers north of Guang'an City in Sichuan Province, with an area of 49.84 square kilometers and 13644 people (in 2017). The per capita net income of farmers is 1965 yuan, and the per capita grain production is 527 kg. In 2017, Hengsheng town was selected as a national health township. Hengsheng town has a long history and culture. It is named Hengsheng Township in 1949, changed to commune in 1958, restored to township in 1984, and established a town in 1985. In 1992, Chaping township was incorporated into the city. Town construction

In the construction of provincial pilot towns, the new development zone has invested more than 3 million yuan, acquired 120 mu of land, leveled all foundations, hardened 24 meter wide and 500 meter long concrete streets, and set up 50 new street lamps at night. There are many units, more than 80 farmers into the town, land acquisition and housing. It has absorbed more than 8 million yuan of foreign investment for the construction of a comprehensive farmers' market covering an area of more than 20 mu and the renovation of houses in old streets covering an area of more than 10000 square meters. It is estimated that within three years, the amount of investment will reach more than 20 million yuan. A reasonably designed, fully functional, spacious and beautiful town is gradually emerging.
