The Qianjin community neighborhood committee of duting sub district office of Lichuan City was established with the approval of the Municipal People's Government in September 2010. It is a new community separated from the original Taohua community. It is located at 123 Jiefang West Road, east to Longchuan Avenue and Libei Road, West to Qingjiang River, South to Qingjiang Avenue, north to Longtan Village of duting sub district office and tieluzhai village of Liangwu township.
