Orange Island street

Juzizhou street belongs to Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is named after Juzizhou, a national key scenic spot and famous as "China's first continent". The street is at the foot of Yuelu Mountain and the West Bank of Xiangjiang River.

With a total area of 16.02 square kilometers (including water area), Juzizhou Street governs eight communities: shimenlou, Xinmin Road, baziwei, Yuenan village, xuetangpo, Huda, Normal University, Tianfeng, and two villages: Tianma village and Houhu new village. There are 312 residents' groups in the street, including 291 residents' groups and 21 villagers' groups, with a total number of 81089 (2010).

Evolution of organizational system

The original name of Juzizhou sub district office is shuiluzhou sub district office. In the early days of liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of Yuelu District. In 1953, the Democratic JianZheng street was divided from Yuelu to the western district. In March 1960, the Xianfeng people's commune was established in the Western District, and the shuiluzhou office was named the sixth branch. In September 1961, the city people's commune was abolished and the name of shuiluzhou office was restored. In 1968, the leading group of jiezizhou Street revolution was established (shuiluzhou was changed to jiezizhou); in 1972, the office was transferred from the western district to Yuelu District, and in 1975, Yuelu District and the Western District merged, and the office was called jiezizhou Street office in the western district. In May 1993, the working committee of jiezizhou street in the Western District of Changsha City was established. In July 1996, when the city's zoning was adjusted, the office was renamed as Juzizhou sub district office of Yuelu District. In the early days of its establishment, the office was located at No. 10, new village of Orange Island (north of Xiangjiang first bridge branch) and worked with the police station. In 1970, when the branch bridge of the first Xiangjiang River Bridge was built, the office was demolished. In 1972, the office was moved to No. 88, juzhouzhong village, south of the branch bridge (borrowed from the City Catholic Church public house). Until September 1993, the office was moved from Juzizhou to No. 99, Xinmin Road, Hexi. The office building started construction in 1992, covering an area of 1.5 mu, with a construction area of 1497m2 and a cost of 400000 yuan. In 2001, Yuelu fishing ground was merged. In February 2002, the office moved from Xinmin Road to Yuelu fishing ground office building in Fengzui, Hubei Province. From the perspective of development, in 2008, fubuhe Road, the new site of the office, was planned and constructed. The building area is about 6000m. A community comprehensive service building with novel design and complete supporting facilities will provide better, comprehensive and convenient services for the street residents.

administrative division

From 1988 to 2002, Juzizhou Street experienced three fine adjustments of administrative divisions. The first fine-tuning was carried out in October 1991. Before the fine-tuning, there were only three neighborhood committees and one village committee within the jurisdiction of Juzizhou, 10 li away, with a population of more than 5200. After fine-tuning, it expanded its jurisdiction and took over 12 neighborhood committees in Hexi, namely Erliban, xuetangpo, heshipo, lushanmen, Yuelu Academy, Fenglin Village, Minzhu village, pailoukou, Fuwan Town, bailuqiu, gaoyetang and yaoposhan. The area expanded from Orange Island to Yuelu Park, to Huda square in the South and to Baishaye Street in Fuwan town Changsha distillery in the north. The second fine-tuning was in 1998. After the fine-tuning, it was divided into three neighborhood committees, namely baziwei, Yuenan village and yinmatang. It was divided into two village committees, namely Lushan village and Tianma village. At the same time, it was divided into four neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction of wangyuehu street, namely Fuwan town, bailuqiu, gaoyetang and yaoposhan. The region changed slightly from north to south, namely Fenglin 1st road to Changsha Mining Research Institute. The third fine-tuning was in September 2001, with the approval of the district government, the Yuelushan fishing ground in the district was designated as a subordinate unit of Juzizhou street, and the area was moved from north to south to border with the South courtyard of Hunan Normal University. Among the community committees under its jurisdiction, Xinmin Road, shimenlou and Huaishuping were all established in 1998. In 2001, eight character wall Committee and yinmatang merged into eight character wall community; Yuelu Academy, Fenglin Village and Minzhu village merged into Huda community; lushanmen and heshipo Committee merged into normal university community. The original Erliban Committee was abolished in 2001 when Lushan South Road was renovated, and people and property were divided into shimenlou and Xinmin Road communities.

Tianfeng community

Founded on May 1, 2014, it is integrated by the original Juzizhou community, pailoukou community, Lushan village and shuiluzhou village. Its jurisdiction is adjacent to the main channel of Xiangjiang River in the East, Shuguang Boan community in the south, Tianma student apartment of Hunan Normal University in the West and taozihu road in the north. With a total area of 7.5 square kilometers, the community has a total population of 17004 and 2468 households. There are 19 resident groups, 16 resident buildings, 13 party members directly in charge of the community party branch, and 59 in-service party members registered in the community. The units stationed in the community include Changsha Seismological Bureau, Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area Administration Bureau, Orange Island Scenic Area Administration Office, Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area Administration Office, provincial education and examination institute, University Science and Technology Park and student apartment of Normal University. The community office is located at 1235, Shuguang Boan District, 298 Xiaoxiang middle road. There are 9 staff in the community and 1 registered residence police. There are three grids.

Xinmin Road community

Located in the south of Yuelu square and the north of Xinmin Road, it covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 4473 and 1716 households. There are 43 community units, including 26 provincial, municipal and district government units and 17 Commercial and enterprise units. The community is characterized by many street units, convenient transportation and developed tertiary industry. It is located at the window of Juzhou street and has been rated as civilized unit and civilized community in urban area for many times. Shimenlou community

Located at the foot of the beautiful Yuelu Mountain and the Bank of the Xiangjiang River, it covers an area of 280 mu, with a population of more than 7000 people, more than 1790 households, 27 units stationed in the committee, and noble residential areas such as the second overseas Chinese village and Yuelu villa. In recent years, the community has taken effective measures to strengthen the community management and service functions, and actively explore new ideas of community construction under the new situation. Along Xinmin Road, a commodity street with catering, leisure and finance as the main body has been formed.

Xuetangpo Club

Founded in the 1970s, the district is adjacent to Hunan Normal University and Hunan University, with an area of 1 square kilometer and 11000 residents. There are 4 units in the community, including Hunan Normal University, Hunan Intellectual Property Bureau, Yuelu District Public Security Bureau and Changsha water Public Security Bureau. Set the castle peak of the bell show, the majestic confluence of rivers, natural treasures, outstanding people. Xuetangpo community public service center is located at the intersection of Xiaoxiang Avenue and Changtangshan road. It is built by xuetangpo community combined with the actual situation of Juzizhou street and Huaishuping community.

Eight character wall community

Located at the foot of the beautiful Yuelu Mountain, Hunan University in the north, Yuelu Mountain fishing ground in the south, Xiaoxiang Avenue in the East and Yuelu Mountain in the West. It has a total area of 2.1 square kilometers, a total population of 2092 and 864 households. 2 community units. With the support of the community units and the cooperation of the broad masses of residents, the community has been rated as a civilized community for many times.

Huda community

As a unit community, Hunan University is located in Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area, close to mountains and rivers. In the community, Hunan University has a long history and has the reputation of a millennium University. The community covers an area of 736000 square meters, with 2548 households and 25613 residents. According to the distribution of residents, it is divided into 121 resident groups, with 18294 students. There are one primary school, one kindergarten and one middle school, one medium-sized hospital and one elderly activity center in the community.

Normal University community

Founded in October 2001, it was formed by the merger of the two family committees of lushanmen and heshipo of Hunan Normal University. The jurisdiction of the community extends from lushanmen Zhixin village in the south to heshipo upstream village in the north, including the whole campus of Hunan Normal University. At present, there are 1414 households with 3789 permanent residents. The staff under its jurisdiction include the family members of teachers and workers of Normal University and the floating population. The area of jurisdiction is wide, the population structure is complex, the personnel mobility is large, and the work is difficult.

Yuenan village community

As a unit community, it is located in the family area of Changsha Mining Research Institute, with an area of 139 mu, 34 complete sets of houses, 30 residential groups, 912 households and 2478 people. The community team is elected by the general election, with 1 secretary and director, 2 family planning members, 1 urban management and comprehensive management member, 1 Civil Affairs member, 1 community minimum living security professional and 1 community labor security professional. At present, there are 2 outdoor fitness equipment venues in the community, as well as children's schools, kindergartens, infirmaries and other supporting facilities.

Tianma Village

With a total area of 2.6 square kilometers, the village has 1028 agricultural households and a population of 3000. It has 11 villager groups under its jurisdiction. The village is located at the core of Yuelu University Town and Yuelu Mountain scenic spot, with Xiangjiang River in the East, Houhu Lake in the south, Yuelu Mountain in the west, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Central South University, Changsha Mining Research Institute and other research institutes around. In November 2000, more than 30 million yuan was invested by 2700 villagers to establish Changsha Jinma Industrial Co., Ltd., which cooperated with Hunan University to develop the "Huda Tianma student apartment" project. On this basis, Jinma property management company was established, creating the "Tianma mode" in the history of farmers' relocation and resettlement in Changsha.
