Fanrong Township, belonging to Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of Fuyu County, the west of Songnen Plain, and the East Bank of Wuyuer river. It borders Shaowen Township in the East, Sihe township of Lindian County, Daqing City in the south, longanqiao town in the west, and Fulu town in the north. It is 75 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 293 square kilometers.
In 1929, the prosperous township belonged to Fuyu township of Longjiang County; in July 1986, it was changed from prosperous commune to prosperous township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence households in prosperous rural areas was 18110. In 2019, prosperous countryside governs 10 administrative villages.
The main food crops in Fanrong township are corn, soybean and rice; the main economic crops are sweet potato, potato and autumn cabbage; the animal husbandry is mainly raising pigs and sheep. History of construction
In 1929, it belonged to Fuyu township of Longjiang County; in the same year, it belonged to Fuyu District 2. During the puppet Manchu period (March 1, 1932 to August 18, 1945), it belonged to Guandian Tunbao. In April 1946, it belonged to one district. In September 1946, it was divided into five districts.
In March 1956, Fanrong township was established.
In September 1958, the prosperous township was transformed into the prosperous commune.
In July 1986, prosperous commune was transformed into prosperous township.
