Heiniuyingzi Township
The black cattle yingzi Township, which belongs to Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the south of Chaoyang County, east to Shangzhi Township, and six family town and tile house town to the south. The west is located in yingzi Township, and the north is connected with Yang Shan town. The area is 79.95 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 17441.
In July 1958, heiniuyingzi commune was established, which governs heiniuyingzi, changzaiyingzi and wanglungou. In June 1980, heiniuyingzi township was established. On December 30, 2001, two township governments were set up separately (the original division remained unchanged). As of June 2020, heiniuyingzi has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.
In 2018, heiniuyingzi Township had one industrial enterprise and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In July 1958, heiniuyingzi commune was established, which governs heiniuyingzi, changzaiyingzi and wanglungou.
In May 1962, heiniuyingzi commune was divided into heiniuyingzi commune, changzaiyingzi commune and wanglungou commune.
In June 1980, heiniuyingzi township was established.
On August 1, 1999, heiniuyingzi Township and changzaiyingzi Township were merged into one Township, governing 23 administrative villages.
On December 30, 2001, two township governments were set up separately (the original division remained unchanged). In the same year, the original 13 administrative villages were merged into 10 villages, gunner village was merged into Wujiazi village, Xigou village into Sanjiazi Village, Baishan village into Wenzhangzi village, and heiniuyingzi, guocan, tianzhangzi, jiangzhangzi, zhangjiyingzi, wubenyingzi and wasteland remained unchanged.

It passes wubenyingzi village, Huangdi village, Zhangji village and Sanjiazi Village, turns to Yangshan in the East and runs to Jinzhou and flows into Bohai Bay. One county-level River, with a total length of 14 km; six township level rivers, with a total length of 32 km.
natural disaster
The main natural disaster in heiniuyingzi township is the flood of Xiaolinghe River Basin in spring and summer due to the storm in the upper reaches. There were six floods in 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, 2002 and 2005, which destroyed 600 mu of forest base and 800 mu of sand field seedlings along the river. Compared with the past, the flood decreased by more than half.

There are two hundred year old temples in heiniuyingzi township. One is Shuangquan temple, which is located on the hillside of Dagushan in the west of Huangdi village. Beside the temple, there are two eyes of clear spring, warm in winter and cool in summer. Shuangquan Temple got its name. During the temple fair on April 18 of the lunar calendar, pilgrims and tourists come from all over the world. They are lively and famous, and become a unique scenery of Heiniu. The other is the macro temple located in zhangjiyingzi village, which is a minority temple with a history of 100 years. It not only complements the ancient village zhangjiyingzi village, but also blends the traditional handicraft "Liao embroidery" of zhangjiyingzi village, so that Tibetan Buddhism and Han culture can be carried forward in Zhangji village. Therefore, Zhangji village has become a typical tourist village.
