Red flag Manchu Township
Hongqi Manchu Township, located in Nangang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Nangang District, and is adjacent to Ping Xin town in the east of the Nangang area. The South separated by the grain river is located in the five towns and emerging towns of Shuangcheng, adjacent to the Yushu town in the West and the Dulu town in the Duli district. The north is connected with the Yulu town in the Dali District and the Gang Gang in Nangang district. In 2018, the area was 56.05 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 17731.

In December 1953, it was assigned to Wanggang District of Harbin city. In 1972, it was assigned to Nangang District of Harbin city. In December 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In 1989, it was changed into a Manchu Township in Hongqi. As of October 2019, red banner Manchu countryside has jurisdiction over two communities and eight administrative villages.

Hongqi Manchu Township is located in the southwest of Nangang District, bordering Pingxin town of Pingfang District in the East, Wujia Town and Xinxing township of Shuangcheng City across Yunliang River in the south, Yushu town of Daoli District in the west, Yushu town of Daoli District and Wanggang town of Nangang District in the north, covering an area of 56.05 square kilometers.
