Binjiang street, belonging to Daowai District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Daowai District, adjacent to Taigu street, Donglai street and Lihua street in the East, Liaoyuan street in Nangang District in the south, Taigu street and Liaoyuan street in Nangang District in the west, and Donglai street in the North. Wu Liande memorial hall is located at 140 Baobao street, Daowai District. The museum was built and opened on September 8, 2008.
