Jiangbei street is located in the south of Yongjia County, on the North Bank of Oujiang River and on the Jiangxi Bank of Nanxi River. Formerly known as the North Bank of the river, including the place. The jurisdiction is mountainous in the north and plain in the south, from which national highway 104 passes. Oubei Avenue, Shuangta road and sunshine Avenue connect the East and the West. It faces Sanjiang street across Nanxi River in the East, Wenzhou City across Oujiang River in the south, Dongou street in the West and Huangtian street in the north. It covers an area of 30.1 square kilometers (estimated), and the neighborhood office is located at No. 1028, Shuangta Road (formerly Oubei town government). In May 2016, Jiangbei street and Dongou street were abolished and Oubei street was established. The former administrative region of Jiangbei street and Dongou street is the administrative region of Oubei street. After the adjustment, Oubei Street governs 12 communities and 26 administrative villages, and the sub district office is located at 1028 Shuangta road.

Historical evolution
Jiangbei street used to be the location of the old king city of Dongou. In the third year of Yonghe, Emperor Shun of the Eastern Han Dynasty (A.D. 138), Yongning County was set up in Dongou township of Zhang'an County, and the county government was set up in the new city. According to the old records, Yongjia (Yongning) county government was set up in the north of Oujiang River, which was named as the new city. That is, in today's Luofu village. In Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was the 33rd capital of Xiangui Township and the 34th capital of Xianzai township; in the late period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Luofu Township and Jiangbei Township in the early period of liberation; in the period of liberation, it belonged to Puxi Township and Luofu Township, and some mountainous areas in the Northeast belonged to Huangtian Township and Sanjiang Township respectively; in 1949, jiushuangxi county was transferred from Fenglin to Luofu; in 1958, it was changed into a management area, belonging to Luofu people's commune (later changed to Laowu District), and later changed into an administrative area It was merged into Jiangbei commune; in 1961, it was divided into Hongsheng commune (in Tangtou) and Jiangbei commune (in Pudong), with jurisdiction over Hongsheng commune and part of Jiangbei commune; in 1970, it was merged into Jiangbei people's commune; in 1981, qingshuibu town was established, with the name of port, Huangtian and Sanjiang as part of the mountainous area; in 1984, Jiangbei commune was changed to Township, 198 In May 1992, Sanjiang township was merged into Oubei town; in June 2001, Huangtian Township and Luodong Township were partly merged into Oubei town. In May 2011, Jiangbei sub district office was set up in the area east of Dongou Avenue and west of Nanxijiang bridge in Oubei town.

The adjusted area has 11 communities, namely Nanjiang community, qingshuibu community, Jinjiang community, Zhenxi community, Shuangta community, innovation community, jin'ou community, Yongning community, Binjiang community, Sunshine Community and Jiangbei community. Under the jurisdiction of 17 administrative villages: Huaao, Luofu, Puyi, maao, Baishui, Zhuao, Puer, Tangtou, Puxi, Dongfang, Caiqiao, Longqiao, Madao, Xinqiao, wangjiawu, Qianpai, jiangbeiling.
People's livelihood
The area has developed industries, mainly pumps and valves, shoes and clothing and other leading industries. Convenient transportation, with Wenzhou north station, Oubei terminal and passenger station. There are Yongjia Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Luofu middle school, Oubei town middle school, Oubei No.2 Middle School and other cultural, educational and health institutions. There are Jiangbin Park, Shuangta Park and other parks. The Luofu Shuangta in the territory was built in the reign of emperor Huidi of Jin Dynasty in Yuankang, and was repaired by Emperor Shenzong of Northern Song Dynasty in Yuanfeng Jiazi (Park 1084). The existing building is rebuilt by Lin Tianxiang in the Ming Dynasty. The twin towers are seven story hexagonal rhombic brick structure, which is a cultural protection unit in Yongjia County. There is an old Pavilion on Sheshan mountain. According to Wanli's records of Wenzhou government, it is called "Jinjiang Pavilion". It lives in the mountain and Jinjiang River, and has the momentum of Wei Hong. Now it has no existence. In 1989, the Lin family of Luofu built a pavilion to commemorate their ancestor Lin Menglong in Sheshan. Located in Baishui village, Baishui village is famous for its waterfalls and reservoirs. Under the waterfalls, there is a pool and clear water. Zhu Ziqing's prose Baishui makes it famous at home and abroad. Mashan reservoir, located on the mountain, is secluded and has a unique charm. Other historical sites include the tomb of HuFeng in Huaao forest.
