Heitu Town, belonging to Zhijin County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the south of Zhijin County, bordering Shixing Township in the East, Pingshang Miao Yi Buyi Township in Puding County, Anshun City in the south, xiongjiachang town in the west, zhuzang town in the northwest and Guiguo town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 99 square kilometers.
In the Ming Dynasty, the territory of Heitu town belonged to duoyouzexi; in January 1992, it was Heitu town. In 2016, Black Soil Township was abolished and black soil town was set up. By the end of 2018, the population of black earth registered residence was 29752. As of June 2020, Heitu town has jurisdiction over 3 communities and 15 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Heitu town is located in Hongxing community.

In 1932, Heitu town was established, belonging to six districts.
