Baoshan Township
Baoshan Township, belonging to Gannan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Gannan county. It is adjacent to changjigang farm, Chahayang farm and Dongyang town in the East, Shuanghe farm across the Allan River in the south, Xinglong Township in the West and Arong Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the North. It is 48 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 629 square kilometers.
In 1905, Baoshan Township belonged to the happy land society of Ganjingzi wasteland Bureau. In April 1984, the government and society were separated and Baoshan commune was changed into Baoshan Township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Baoshan Township was 46908. In 2019, Baoshan Township governs 19 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Baoshan Village.
The main food crops in Baoshan Township are corn, rice and soybean, the main economic crops are sunflower, and the main industries are building materials and rice processing. History of construction
In 1905, it belonged to the happy land society of Ganjingzi famine Bureau (later the patrol Bureau).
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it was under the jurisdiction of Longjiang County and Ganjingzi administration. In 1916, it was put under the jurisdiction of the western government. In 1921, it was transferred to the second Bao of the auxiliary Bureau, hence the name "Er Bao". In the 15th year of the Republic of China (1926), it was put under the jurisdiction of Gannan. In 1928, it belonged to the second district. In 1929, at the request of the local squire Mencius Hengshang, the street base was officially assigned. Because of the mountainous territory, it was named "Baoshan". However, because of the new name, people still used to call it "Mencius Hengjie base". In 1938, Baoshan Village was established. In March 1946, it was designated Baoshan District. In March 1948, Taiping mountain area was set up in the eastern part of the country.
In March 1956, the township was divided into three townships: Yongfa, Kaoshan and Quanyan. In December of the same year, Yongfa township was changed into Baoshan Township.
In April 1958, Baoshan Township was merged into Taishan Township. In September of the same year, Baoshan, Quanyan and Taipingshan were merged into Baoshan people's commune.
In May 1960, changjigang commune was abolished and merged into Baoshan commune.
In May 1961, the establishment of changjigang commune was restored.
In April 1984, the government and society were separated and Baoshan commune was changed into Baoshan Township.
