Shahe Town
Shahe Town, subordinate to Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Suizhong County, with tashantun town in the East, wasteland town in the south, Wanghu Manchu Township in the southwest, Fanjia Manchu Township in the west, gaodianzi town and Gaotai town in the north and Suizhong town in the Northeast. The administrative area is 141.69 square kilometers.
In 1931, it belonged to shahezhan village and yejiafen village in Suizhong County; in 2000, it was changed into shahezhan Manchu town; in 2002, it was merged into Shahe Town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Shahe town was 31067. As of June 2020, Shahe Town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Shahe Village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Shahe Town was 9.5 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers was 8434 yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 10 industrial enterprises in Shahe Town, including 2 above scale and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1931, it belonged to shahezhan village and yejiafen village in Suizhong County.

History and culture
In 1645, a post station was set up here to deliver official documents. It was located on the Bank of MaoYan river with fine sand, so it was named Shahe station, later referred to as Shahe Town.
Guandi temple in Suizhong County is located in Santaizi village, the west end of Suizhong County and the east side of Shanhaiguan. Guandi temple was built in Qing Dynasty. During the cultural revolution, the temple was destroyed, leaving only one Guandi hall. After the reform and opening up, with the implementation of religious policy, Guandi temple has been restored.
