Jiangtun Town, belonging to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Heishan County, bordering Xinxing town in the East, Daxing Township in the south, Lijia town in the West and Raoyanghe town in the north, with an administrative area of 92.21 square kilometers.

In January 1914, Jiangtun town belonged to Heishan County, Liaoshen Road, Fengtian province; in May 1984, it was changed to Jiangtun town. By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in Jiang Tun Town was 21279. As of June 2020, Jiangtun town has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Jiangtun town is located at No. 2 Zhengtong West Road.
