Hongqi Township, belonging to Xinmin City, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Xinmin City. It borders Dahongqi town and jinwutaizi town across Raoyang River in the East, Raoyanghe town in Heishan County of Jinzhou City in the south, and Banlamen town in Heishan County of Jinzhou City in the West and North, with an administrative area of 96 square kilometers.
