Ke Sheng Xiang, a Mongolian Autonomous County in Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, is located in the southern part of the county, and is located on the border between Maqu and Gansu, and is located in the south between the river and the Henan County, Gansu, Maqu, and the west is with the duo pine township.
