Dachengzi Town, belonging to Ningcheng County, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Ningcheng county. It is adjacent to Daming town in the East, sanjiaodian Township in the south, Kalaqin banner in the West and Xiaochengzi town in the north. It is 50 kilometers away from the county government, with a total area of 384 square kilometers.

In the 44th year of Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1705), the royal residence of Kalaqin Middle Banner was built in the area of Dachengzi town; in 2006, Majiazi township was merged into Dachengzi town.
