Liangcheng street, belonging to Donggang District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, is located in the northeast of Donggang District, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the East, Qinlou street in the south, Heshan Town in the west, Huangdao District and Wulian County in Qingdao City in the north, with an area of 92 square kilometers. In 2011, the total population was 43123.
In ancient times, it was called Liang Xiang. In the Han Dynasty, it was the Marquis state of Liang Xiang.
