Jifeng town
Jifeng Town, subordinate to Chengxian County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the southern mountainous area of Chengxian County, adjacent to Songping Township in the East, tanhe Township in the south, HuangChen town in the west, Chengguan Town, bosha town and Xiaochuan town in the north, 22 kilometers away from Chengxian County, with a total area of 183.27 square kilometers.
In December 1949, Huaya township was established; in April 2005, Huaya Township and Daping Township merged into Jifeng town. By the end of 2018, the population of chick peak registered residence was 17430. As of June 2020, Jifeng town has 27 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's Government of Jifeng town is located in Huaya village.
The main food crops in Jifeng town are winter wheat, corn and buckwheat; the main animal husbandry is raising pigs and poultry. In 2018, there were 5 industrial enterprises and 10 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Jifeng town.
History of construction
In December 1949, Huaya township was established.
In October 1958, Lianghe commune was established.
In July 1980, it was renamed Huaya commune.
In October 1983, Huaya commune was transformed into Huaya township.
In April 2005, Huaya Township and Daping Township were merged into Jifeng town.
