Qincheng and rural areas
Qincheng rural area, belonging to Yizhou District, Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the forefront of the southern slope at the end of the East Tianshan Mountains. In the northeast of Hami City, it is adjacent to Subei County, Gansu Province in the East, daquanwan Township in the south, Huangtian farm in the west, Yiwu County across Tianshan Mountain in the north, and Mongolia in the northeast. The area is 1570.69 square kilometers. In 2018, 5282 people registered residence.
In Sui and Tang Dynasties, ruoyuan town and ruoyuan county were set up here. The garrison garrisons in the Qing Dynasty. In 1942, it was divided into districts. In 1950, it was the Fifth District. As of October 2019, Qincheng rural area has seven administrative villages, namely Chengdong village, Chengxi village, Baishan village, Xilu village, Xiaobao village, niumaoquan village and jijitai village.

Qincheng is located in the north and South foothills of the end of Tianshan Mountain, with an average altitude of 1670 meters, and the terrain is high in the north and low in the south. Huge alluvial fans are widely distributed, and many low mountains and hills are half buried. There are sparse desert vegetation in the low mountains, grassland in the south slope of the middle and high mountains, and Siberian larch in different density growing in the north slope.

Qincheng and rural areas have a temperate continental climate. The annual average temperature is 4.4 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 27 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 35 ℃, and the effective accumulated temperature of ≥ 10 ℃ can reach 2768.5 ℃. The annual average frost free period is 162 days, the annual average precipitation is 124.2 mm, the annual average evaporation is 2733.8 mm, and the annual average sunshine hours is 3327 hours.
hydrology
There are 6 seasonal rivers such as taiyanggou River, anaergou River, wulataigou River, ketuogou River, 81 spring holes and 51 Kaner wells in Qincheng and rural areas, with an annual surface runoff of 42 million cubic meters. Among them, the runoff of taiyanggou and anaergou, the two largest rivers, is 16 million cubic meters.

At the end of 2011, there were 28000 mu of arable land, 2.8 mu per capita, 4.88 million mu of usable grassland, and 43.594 million yuan of total agricultural output value, an increase of 10% over the previous year. The main food crops were wheat, soybean and potato, producing 9354 tons of food. The main economic crops are vegetables, cotton, oil, forage, etc., with vegetable planting area of 4904 Mu and yield of 12260 tons; cotton planting area of 8077 Mu and yield of 1330 tons; oil planting area of 705 Mu and yield of 167 tons; forage planting area of 3177 Mu and yield of 8895.6 tons. Animal husbandry mainly raises sheep, cattle, pigs and poultry, with 80219 sheep, 3257 cattle, 290 pigs and 20175 poultry. It produces 1244.7 tons of meat, 3754.9 tons of fresh milk, 36.874 million yuan of total output value of animal husbandry and 7050 yuan of per capita net income of farmers.
At the end of 2011, there were 30 commercial outlets in Qincheng and rural areas, with the total sales of social goods reaching 5.155 million yuan, an increase of 130.6% over the previous year, and the total financial revenue of 10.623 million yuan.
