Yuemiao Street
Yuemiao street belongs to Huayin City, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the northeast of Huayin City, adjacent to Mengyuan town in the East, Huashan Town in the south, Taihua road street in the West and Weilin town in Dali County in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 14.2 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 12.8 km, with a total area of 158.5 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Yuemiao street has jurisdiction over one community and 31 administrative villages. In 2011, the total population of Yuemiao street was 61076, the total agricultural output value was 328.19 million yuan, and the total social commodity sales reached 4.35 million yuan.
Historical evolution
It is named after the area around the Xiyue temple.
At the end of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to yueqianli, guanbeili, huashanli xinjianbao and Yuemiao street.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to the majority of Yuezhen township.
In May 1949, Huayin was liberated and belonged to the first district, and xuangai belonged to the east of Yuezhen district.
In 1958, it belonged to the east of Yuemiao commune.
In 1984, after the separation of government and society, it belonged to the east of Yuemiao Township and the east of Chengguan town.
In 1991, after the adjustment of the administrative region, it was changed to its current name.
In June 2011, Beishe Township and Weiyu Township were merged into Yuemiao street.

The landform in the territory is divided into: loess tableland in the southeast, jiaweiyu river channel in the north and Weihe River Terrace in the north. The highest point is located in xixie village, 560 meters above sea level; the lowest point is located in Shuangquan village, 330 meters above sea level.
Water system hydrology
The rivers in Yuemiao Street belong to the Weihe River system of the Yellow River Basin. The main rivers are Weihe River, Changjian River, bailongjian River, Mogou River, etc. among them, bailongjian river originates from puquyu, with a flow length of 8.8 km; Mogou river originates from Gaoqiao and Huayin Mengyuan of Tongguan County, with a flow length of 3.2 km, and flows into Weihe River in Tongguan.

History and culture
Xiyue Temple
Xiyue temple is a temple dedicated to Huashan God, the great emperor of Xiyue. On Yuezhen street, 5km north of Huashan, it was built in the era of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty, and later became a place for emperors to worship Huashan God. Xiyue Temple faces south from the north, and its gate faces Huashan. On the central axis from north to south, there are HaoLing gate, Wufeng tower, Lingxing gate, Jincheng gate, HaoLing hall, bedroom, Yushu tower and Wanshou Pavilion. The whole building presents the pattern of low in front and high in back. Xiyue temple is a magnificent building. Wufeng tower is built on a high platform, more than 20 meters high. When you climb the tower to see Huashan Mountain, you can see the five peaks clearly. The main hall of HaoLing hall is built on the top of the hill with glazed tiles and single eaves. It is located on the broad "convex" shaped platform, with 7 rooms in width and 5 rooms in depth. It is surrounded by cloisters, which is magnificent. Most emperors of past dynasties lived here to worship Huashan. In the hall, there are plaques inscribed by Kangxi, Daoguang and Cixi, such as "jintianzhaoduan" and "Xianyun". The whole courtyard is luxuriant in trees, rugged in rocks, and full of garden interest.
There are a lot of inscriptions in Xiyue temple. There are now "Huayue Temple steles" in the Later Zhou Dynasty, "Tang Xuanzong's imperial inscription on Huashan" in the Ming Dynasty, and "Huashan lying map" in the Wanli of the Ming Dynasty. At the beginning of the map, there are poems and Huashan maps of celebrities in the Tang and Song Dynasties, such as Wang Wei, Li Bai, Du Fu and Chen Tuan. There is also the stone forehead of "Yue Lian Ling Shu" written by Emperor Qianlong.
On January 13, 1988, Xiyue temple was listed as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units announced by the State Council.
Jingshicang site
Jingshicang site, also known as huacang, is located in Shuangquan village, Yuemiao street, Huayin City, Shaanxi Province (the birthplace of Huayin laoqiang). It was built in the period of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty (140-88 BC). It is located at the east end of the canal of Han Dynasty. It is a large national granary for storing and transferring grain in Chang'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province. Unearthed bricks and tiles, pottery models, pottery, iron, weapons, coins and so on. The site is well preserved. It is the largest granary building site of the Western Han Dynasty, which is of great value to the study of the architectural history, economic history and canal shipping history of the Han Dynasty. The jingshicang site also had a great influence on the politics, economy and culture of Huayin, such as the unique folk art of Huayin: plain drum; the unique drama of Huayin created by the song of carrying boats: laoqiang. After being excavated in 1979, the site was immediately buried and protected.
On June 25, 2001, the jingshicang site was listed as the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council.
