Changshanzi town
Changshanzi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Midong District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Midong district. It is adjacent to sandaoba town in the East, gumudi town in the south, Anningqu town and 102 regiment farm of the Sixth Agricultural Division in the west, and maomaogong town in the north. The administrative area is 67.97 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the population of Changshan town registered residence was 28395. As of October 2019, Changshanzi town has 19 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Changshanzi town was 150 million yuan, an increase of 26.9% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 8840 yuan. In 2018, Changshanzi town has a comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it was designated as Changshanzi township of Qiande county.
In 1951, Changshanzi district was established, with jurisdiction over four townships, namely shangliangtou, Heishui, erwan and Jianliang.
In 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged.
In 1958, Anning canal, qinggeda lake, 40 households and guangdongzhuang in Urumqi county were included, and Hongqi people's commune was established, with 13 brigades under its jurisdiction.
In 1960, four brigades including Anningqu, Urumqi county, and eight brigades including wujialiang, machanghu, Jianliang, Liangdong, jisanquan, tuyaozi, sangezhuang, Xinzhuangzi, Jinggangshan commune were assigned.
In 1978, it was changed into Changshanzi commune.
In 1984, it was rebuilt into Changshanzi township. In 1994, the township was withdrawn and Changshanzi town was built, belonging to Miquan county.
In December 1996, it belongs to Miquan city.
In June 2007, it belongs to Midong district.
