Diancun town
Diancun Town, subordinate to Chengxian County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Chengxian County, adjacent to Hongchuan town in the East, Chengguan town in the south, Songping Township in the west, and Niyang town in the north, with a total area of 67.59 square kilometers.
In the Ming Dynasty, Diancun town was located in the east of the city; in April 2005, it was changed from Diancun town to Diancun town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in towns and villages was 18137. As of June 2020, Diancun town has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in the new village.
Grain crops in Diancun town are mainly wheat and corn, and animal husbandry is mainly raising pigs and chickens. In 2018, there were 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Diancun town.

In the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Dongli.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Dongli.
In 1912, Yiyang township was established.

In July 1961, Dazhai and Diancun communes were built.
In March 1966, Dazhai and Diancun communes were merged into Diancun commune.
In January 1983, Diancun commune was changed into Diancun township.
In April 2005, Diancun township was changed into Diancun town.

The town people's government is stationed in Xincun.
