Bihu street, belonging to Longwen District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, is located in the east of Zhangzhou central city. It is adjacent to Buwen street in the north, Lantian street in the East, Xiangcheng District in the west, and yancuo town of Zhangzhou high tech Industrial Development Zone across the river in the south. It has a subtropical climate with 13 communities.
In 1996, Buwen town of Longhai City (except that two administrative villages were assigned to Bangshan town of Longhai City (today's Longhai District)) belonged to the newly established Longwen district. In March 1997, the original Buwen town was divided into three towns: Buwen, Lantian and Chaoyang. In August 2016, Buwen town was removed to set up streets. In December 2017, Buwen street was divided into two sub district offices: Buwen and Bihu. Bihu street is an urban characteristic economy dominated by real estate industry, business circulation industry and service industry, among which a number of new urban "life circles" such as Bihu Wanda Plaza, Mingfa Plaza and Rongxin are among them.
Historical evolution
Bihu County belonged to Minzhong County in the Qin Dynasty; Kuaiji County belonged to the first year of Yuanfeng (110 BC) in the Han Dynasty, Houguan County belonged to Kuaiji County in the early years of Jian'an; Dongan County belonged to Jian'an County in Yangzhou in the third year of Wu Yong'an (260 BC) in the three kingdoms; Jin'an County belonged to Jin'an County in the third year of Jin Taikang (282 BC). In 540, the sixth year of emperor Liangwu of the Southern Dynasty, Longxi County was set up, which was subordinate to Nan'an county and belonged to Longxi County. Sui Daye three years (607) belong to Jian'an County Longxi County. Tang Wude five years (622 years) belong to Fengzhou (Governance in Nan'an) Longxi County; Zhenyuan early abandoned Fengzhou into Quanzhou (Governance in today's Fuzhou); Sisheng first year (684 years) analysis of Quanzhou Putian, Nan'an, Longxi home wurongzhou (Governance in Nan'an), the situation belongs to wurongzhou Longxi County.
In the second year of Tang Dynasty (686), Zhangzhou was located in the south of Longxi County. At that time, the situation still belonged to Longxi County of Wurong Prefecture; in 711, Jingyun changed Wurong prefecture to Quanzhou (governing Jinjiang), and the situation belonged to Longxi County of Quanzhou; in 741, Kaiyuan cut Quanzhou, and Longxi County belonged to Zhangzhou County; in 742, Tianbao changed Zhangzhou to Zhangpu County, and the situation still belonged to Longxi County; in 759, Qianyuan changed Zhangpu County to Zhangzhou; In the second year of Zhenyuan (786), Zhangzhou government moved to Guilin village, fenggaoshan, Longxi County (now Xiangcheng District).
In 946, Zhangzhou was renamed as Nanzhou, belonging to Longxi County.
In the fourth year of Qiande of Song Dynasty (966), Nanzhou was renamed Zhangzhou, which belonged to Longxi County of Zhangzhou.
In 1279, Zhangzhou was changed into Zhangzhou Road, belonging to Longxi County of Zhangzhou road.
In 1368, the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, Zhangzhou road was changed into Zhangzhou Prefecture, which belonged to Longxi County of Zhangzhou Prefecture; in Qing Dynasty, it still belonged to Longxi County of Zhangzhou Prefecture.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Zhangzhou Prefecture was changed to xiludao of Fujian Province, which belonged to Longxi County, and the situation belonged to the Fourth District of Longxi County; in the third year of the Republic of China, xiludao was changed to tingzhang road; in the fourteenth year, the road was abandoned, and Longxi County belonged to Fujian Province; in the twenty second year, Longxi County belonged to Longting province; in July of the Republic of China, Longxi County belonged to the sixth Office of administrative inspector; in October of the next year, the sixth office was changed to the fifth Office of administrative inspector, and the situation still belonged to Longxi In the Fourth District of the county, there are six joint guarantees: Xiubin, Fuxing, guanxia, Qiaotou, Jingdong and Aotou.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China, it was still in the Fourth District of Longxi County, the fifth administrative supervision office.
On September 19, 1949, Longxi County was liberated; on September 20, Longxi County was liberated. The situation belongs to Longxi County People's Committee of the military control commission of the Chinese people's Liberation Army; in October, Longxi belongs to the sixth Office of the administrative inspector general of Fujian Province, and the situation still belongs to Longxi County.
On April 1, 1950, it belonged to the Sixth District of Longxi County of Zhangzhou administrative inspector's office; in October, it was changed to Longxi County of Fujian Provincial People's government, which was still the Sixth District.
In 1952, Xuantan palace, which was divided into six districts, belonged to the Tenth District, and the sixth and tenth districts of Longxi County.
In 1956, it belonged to Dongyu District of Longxi County.
In 1957, Dongyu district was renamed Dongshan District.
In 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged; in September of the same year, the township system was abolished and the satellite people's commune was established, which belongs to the satellite people's commune of Longxi County.
In March 1959, Weixing people's commune was renamed as Buwen people's commune.
On August 15, 1960, the State Council approved the merger of Longxi and Haicheng into Longhai County, belonging to the Buwen people's commune of Longhai county.
In June 1967, it was under the military control committee of Longhai County, Longxi district;
In April 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Buwen people's commune was established under the Revolutionary Committee of Longhai county.
In October 1980, the Revolutionary Committee of Longhai county was changed into the people's Government of Longhai County; in December 1980, the Revolutionary Committee of Buwen people's commune was changed into the Management Committee of Buwen people's commune.
In October 1984, the Management Committee of Buwen people's commune was changed to the people's Government of Buwen township.
In June 1985, Longxi district was changed into Zhangzhou City, and Buwen township was under the people's Government of Longhai County, Zhangzhou city.
In December 1991, it was approved by the Standing Committee of Longhai County People's Congress that Buwen was changed from a township to a town;
In 1996, Buwen town covers an area of 86.4 square kilometers and has a population of 99000. It has jurisdiction over Changzhou, Wupu, caibang, Xikeng, Xiaogang, Lantian, Wuqiao, Xiangqiao, Dashan, Hengkeng, qiaozaitou, Xiyang, Shuting, Shijing, zhentou, Dongyu, Buwen, Houban, Tianfeng, Tangbei, shicang, Bihu, Banshang, Fumei, houdian, Liugang, wengjian, Dengke, Kekeng, Zhangbin, Shizhou and PU There are 33 village committees in Yangkou and Chaoyang.
On May 31, 1996, the State Council approved (Guo Han No. 38): to transfer 31 lines from caibang, Xikeng, Xiaogang, Lantian, Wuqiao, Xiangqiao, Dashan, Hengkeng, qiaozaitou, Xiyang, Shuting, Shijing, zhentou, Dongyu, Buwen, Houban, Tianfeng, Tangbei, Banshang, Fumei, houdian, Liugang, wengjian, Dengke, Kekeng, Zhangbin, Shizhou, Pukou and Chaoyang in Buwen town of Longhai City Zhengcun and Wupu administrative village are under the jurisdiction of Longwen District of Zhangzhou City in the northwest part of National Highway 324. Later, it was divided into three towns: Buwen, Lantian and Chaoyang.
The actual scope of jurisdiction is: Tubai and xiazhou village committees in Zhishan town of Xiangcheng District, Guokeng town of Longhai City, caibang, Xikeng, Xiaogang, Lantian, Wuqiao, Xiangqiao, Dashan, Hengkeng, Qiaotou, Xiyang, Shuting, Shijing, zhentou, Dongyu, Buwen, Houban, Tianfeng, Tangbei, shicang, Bihu, Banshang, Fumei, houdian Liugang, wengjian, Dengke, Kekeng, Zhangbin, Shizhou, Pukou, Chaoyang and other 31 village committees. In Zhishan town of Xiangcheng District, there were four village committees, including Gutang, qunyong, Shiwei and tahou; six neighborhood committees, including Dongyue, Yuebei, Zhangtang, Dongguan, Nankeng and Yangyun; eight neighborhood committees, including yuekou, Shengli East, Dongyuan, Xinmin, Xiangkou, Xingang, Xiapu and Xiadong; and the East of Yuanguang road It is still under the actual jurisdiction of Xiangcheng District, and Wupu village committee is still under the actual jurisdiction of Longhai City in the northwest part of National Highway 324.
In March 1997, the original Buwen town was divided into three towns: Buwen, Lantian and Chaoyang. Buwen town governs Tianfeng village, Houban village, Bihu village, shicang village, Buwen village, Changfu village, Banshang village, Tubai village and xiazhou village. In 2000, Buwen Town, covering a total area of 14.4 square kilometers, has jurisdiction over two community neighborhood committees in Tianting and Pudong, and nine village committees in Tubai, xiazhou, Tianfeng, Houban, Changfu, Buwen, shicang, Banshang and Bihu.
In July 2016, Buwen Town, with a total area of 14.4 square kilometers, has jurisdiction over 18 community neighborhood committees including Tianting, Pudong, Jinxiu, Tongchang, Tubai, xiazhou, Tianfeng, Houban, Rongchang, Rongsheng, Xiangxie, Renhe, Mingfa, Rongxin, Wanda, Jianfa, Longjiang and Bihu, and five village committees including Changfu, Buwen, shicang, Banshang and Bihu.
On August 18, 2016, Fujian Provincial People's Government approved the removal of Buwen town in Longwen District of Zhangzhou city to set up a street. No.259 (2016) of MZW established the Buwen Street office, taking the administrative area of the original Buwen town as the administrative area of the Buwen Street office.
In December 2017, Zhangzheng Zong [2017] No. 176 of Zhangzhou Municipal People's government divided Buwen Street into two sub district offices of Buwen and Bihu, and the government station of Buwen sub district office remained unchanged, under the jurisdiction of five villages, including Buwen village, shicang village, Tianfeng village, Changfu village and Banshang Village, Jinxiu community, Tianting community, Xiangxie community, Pudong community, Tongchang community, Tianfeng community and Longjiang community There are 8 communities under the jurisdiction of Bihu sub district office, including Tubai village, xiazhou village, Houban village and Bihu village, and 11 communities under the jurisdiction of Rongchang community, Renhe community, Mingfa community, Wanda community, Rongsheng community, Rongxin community, Jianfa community, Tubai community, xiazhou community, Houban community and Bihu community. The government residence of Bihu sub district office shall be established by Longwen District in accordance with relevant regulations after consultation with relevant departments.
In June 2018, the four administrative villages of Bihu street, Bihu, xiazhou, Houban and Tubai, were abolished, and Bihu community, xiazhou community, Houban community and Tubai community were established respectively. The original Bihu, xiazhou, Houban and Tubai communities coexisted.
