Qutan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Ledu District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, is located in the south of Ledu District, bordering Putai Township in the East, Hualong County in the south, fengdui Township in the West and Nianbo town in the north. The administrative area is 263.25 square kilometers.

History of construction
