Jinggou Township
Jinggou township is one of the only four ethnic townships in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province, located in the north of Linxia County, with a total area of 62.3 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages and 138 villager groups, with a per capita cultivated land of 1.24 Mu and a total population of 16603 (2017). It is a multi-ethnic settlement of Dongxiang, Hui, Han, Tu and Tibetan. At present, there are 12 township enterprises with a total output value of 31.444 million yuan and a total agricultural output value of 24.088 million yuan.

It is located at 103 ° 08 ′ 95 ″ E and 35 ° 59 ′ 42 ″ n. history
In the early days, residents dug wells in the ditch to get water, so it was named jinggou. During the period of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Renshou township. After liberation, Renze and Renshou townships were merged into four districts, and then changed to Beiyuan District, one of which was jinggou township. In 1952, Pu's hometown was changed to Dongxiang autonomous region (township level). In 1955, Hongtai people's commune was established and jinggou township was under its jurisdiction. In 1958, it was subordinate to Linxia city. In 1961, it was divided into a small commune and a large group of Shangshi commune was formed. Today's commune is jinggou commune. At the end of the year, the organizational system of Linxia county was restored, with Dongxiang People living in the majority. In 1985, Dongxiang township of jinggou was approved to be subordinate to Linxia County, and it has been used up to now.
