Puhuisi town is located in Queshan County, Henan Province.

Evolution of organizational system

On November 29, 2016, with the approval of the people's Government of Henan Province, it was agreed that puhuisi township of Queshan county should be removed from the township and built into a town, and the system of town governing village should be implemented, with the administrative region and government resident unchanged. On February 27, 2017, Puhui Temple held the unveiling ceremony of removing villages and building towns.
