Yinda town
Yinda Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, is located 7 kilometers north of the urban area of Suzhou District, adjacent to Sandun town in the East, Quanhu town in the south, Guoyuan town in the west, and Jinta County across Jiashan mountain in the north. The town is 20.5 kilometers wide from east to west and 25.6 kilometers long from north to south, with a total area of 375 square kilometers.
Before 1949, it was Hebei Township. In 1983, it was changed to Yinda township. In September 2005, Huaimao township was merged and established as an established town. As of June 2020, there are 9441 households with 30825 people in Yinda Town, 14 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and guaibaqiao village under the people's Government of Yinda town.
In 2019, the total economic income of Yinda town will reach 2.361 billion yuan, an increase of 231.7498 million yuan or 10.88% over the previous year; the per capita disposable income of farmers will reach 18760 yuan, an increase of 1391 yuan or 7.4% over the previous year.
History of construction
Before 1949, it was Hebei Township.
In 1950, it belonged to Hebei District.
In 1954, the May 4th Yongfeng agricultural production cooperative was established.
In 1958, Yongfeng commune was established.
In 1961, Yinda, Yanghong and Huaimao communes were established.
In 1965, Yanghong commune was merged into Yinda commune.
In 1966, it was renamed Yongfeng commune.
In 1968, it was renamed Yinda commune.
In February 1971, Yongfeng commune was renamed Yinda commune to commemorate Chairman Mao's comments on "how to carry out amateur cultural education for farmers in Yinda township of Jiuquan county" in his book "the climax of rural socialism in China".
In 1983, it was changed to Yinda township.
In September 2005, Huaimao township was merged and established as an established town.
