Zhongquan town
Zhongquan Town, subordinate to Jingtai County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Jingtai County, adjacent to the Yellow River in the East, Wuchuan township of Baiyin District in the south, Xiquan town in the west, and mijiashan in the north, with a total administrative area of 974 square kilometers.
In 1942, Zhongquan Township Office was set up in naoquan; in 1984, it was changed to Zhongquan township. In 2014, Zhongquan township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 14966. In June 2020, Zhongquan town governs 12 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Zhongquan town was 3450 yuan. In 2018, Zhongquan town has 10 industrial enterprises and 8 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1942, Zhongquan Township Office was set up in naoquan.
In 1949, the Fifth District Office was established in naoquan.
In 1950, it was changed into a district office.
In 1955, the five districts were changed into Zhongquan district.
In October 1958, Zhongquan commune was established.
In 1961, it was divided into two communes, Sanshui and Zhongquan.
In 1965, it was merged into Zhongquan commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Zhongquan township.
In 2014, Zhongquan township was built from township.

History and culture
In the early days, three springs were dug in qianshagou of naoquan village, first "Zhongtou spring", then "Yuanyuan spring" and "Weiquan spring". Before 1949, a township was set up here, named "Zhongquan".
