Historical evolution

The word "Xiangyun" comes from "Xiangyun mountain". It is said that in ancient times, the mountain was like a giant elephant, pink in color, surrounded by clouds and fog. In Song Dynasty, the local people changed Xiangyun mountain into Xiangyun mountain because of its terrain.
