Fengtian township is under the jurisdiction of Qing'an County, Heilongjiang Province. Located in the northeast of the county, the northeast is adjacent to Yichun City, and the southeast and South are bounded by yijimi River and Hulan River respectively, facing Tieli city. The township government is 25 kilometers away from the county seat.
historical background
At the end of Qing Dynasty, Yuqing county was set up in 1905 (the 31st year of Guangxu of Qing Dynasty), which was under the jurisdiction of wudaogang police station. After the founding of the Republic of China, Yuqing county changed its name to Qingcheng County in 1914, which was under the jurisdiction of the three districts. In 1931, it was under the jurisdiction of the North District. After the fall of Northeast China, they were successively attached to qidaogangbao and sandaogongbao. In January 1939, Yanpao village was changed to Huayang village in 1941. In July 1943, it was under the jurisdiction of Huayang village, Qing'an County. After the victory of the "93" Anti Japanese war in 1945, it was subordinate to yangshulin District in November of the same year, changed to the seventh district at the end of 1946, Yongfeng District in December 1948, and the seventh district in October 1949. In April 1956, the division of township was removed and liming township was set up. In September 1958, he joined the industrious people's commune. In March 1966, the eastern part of the industrious people's commune was set up as Toyota commune. In April 1984, the government and society were separated and changed to Toyota township.

The area under the jurisdiction of Fengtian township is one of the big townships in the county, with a total area of 1018 square kilometers, of which the agricultural area is 98.1 square kilometers, accounting for 9.6% of the total area under the jurisdiction, and the forest area is 919.9 square kilometers, accounting for 90.4% of the total area under the jurisdiction.
