Qingyangcha town belongs to Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the southeast of Jingbian County, adjacent to Shiwan Town and weijialou town of Hengshan District in the East, Zichang County and Ansai District of Yan'an City in the south, Xiaohe Township in the West and yangqiaopan town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 23.04 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 18.7 km, with a total area of 306 square kilometers. The land area is 301.7 square kilometers, accounting for 98.6%; the water area is 4.3 square kilometers, accounting for 1.4%.
Qingyangcha town is one of the most advanced villages and towns in the construction of civilized villages and towns, provincial civilized villages and towns, and municipal civilized villages and towns. In 1947, when Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Ren Bishi moved to northern Shaanxi, they twice lived in the earth rock cave on the hillside of the town, and issued the April 9th notice, which is now the key revolutionary site protection unit in Shaanxi Province.

Historical evolution
Originally named shuangyangcha, it was renamed qingyangcha in the early Qing Dynasty because of the green trees after the village.
The Ming and Qing Dynasties belonged to longzhoubao.
In September 1934, the sixth Office of Chiyuan County of the Soviet government was established in xinzhuangdi village.
In March 1935, it belonged to the sixth administrative region of Chiyuan county. On September 19 of the same year, Jingbian County (commonly known as dongjingbian county) was founded, and it was located in the store city.
In 1950, it was Qingyang District.
In September 1958, qingyangcha commune was established.
In 1973, Shuangcheng brigade of Longzhou commune was assigned to qingyangcha commune.
In 1984, it was changed to qingyangcha town.
In 2001, pangou township was merged into qingyangcha town.
