Changling Street

Changling street, a street under the jurisdiction of Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, was established in June 2014 according to Heimin District [2014] No.18 document of Heilongjiang Provincial People's government.

Changling street, formerly known as Changling town. At the beginning of 2013, in order to deepen the implementation of the "Beiyue" development strategy and accelerate the overall urbanization process of Hulan, the Hulan District Party committee and government of Harbin City, Heilongjiang province put forward the idea of removing the town and setting up streets in Changling town. Changling street is located in a unique location, adjacent to the old urban area of Hulan, with convenient transportation and developed road network. It is an important channel for counties and cities in northern Heilongjiang Province to enter the urban area of Harbin. The newly established Changling street, covering an area of 84 square kilometers, governs 9 administrative villages and 19 natural villages with a population of 26000.
