Bowang Street
Bowang street belongs to Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Historical evolution
Because of the birth and death place of Zhang Qian, a famous diplomat, explorer and pioneer of the Silk Road in the Western Han Dynasty, the former Chengguan town was renamed Bowang town when the district was withdrawn and the township was built in 1996.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, there were seven shops in the city, the first to the fifth in the city, the sixth in Dongguan and the seventh in Xiguan.
In 1930, Qipu 3 dam was set up in the urban area.
In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), Chengguan town was under the jurisdiction of 11 Bao.
In December 1949, Chengguan District was set up, with 8 streets in 13 townships and 8 streets in the city.
