The origin of place names
It is said that in the Qing Dynasty, there was an ascetic monk who raised money for his whole life and built a bridge here. The village was named after the bridge. The office got its name from the resident village.
History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to xinyili.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to eight, nine, ten and eleven castles in Lishan town. Eight castles governed Cangtou (Xigou and Beizhuang), nine castles governed Xingnan, Xingbei, Xiazhu and Xingdong villages, and ten castles governed Xihe and Xiaozhai villages. Shiyibao has jurisdiction over Baimiao, Zhangzhuang, Mafang and other villages.
After 1949, it belongs to five, six and seven townships in two districts, and its jurisdiction is the same as above.
In September 1958, it was under the administration of Huaqing commune.
In April 1961, Xingzhe commune was established. In April 1984, it was changed into a tourist village.
