History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was the territory of Horqin Left Wing central banner. Qing Tongzhi five years (1866), belonging to eight families (now Huaide town) Fenfang. In 1877, it belonged to Changshou society; in 1897, when tsarist Russia built the south branch line of the Middle East Railway, it was cut into "subsidiary land"; in 1905, the Gongzhuling Railway Department of Japan's South Manchuria Railway Co., Ltd. took over the lease of "subsidiary land" and the jurisdiction of Tiebei street.
In 1942, Tiebei District Office was set up. In June 1948, the Northern District of the railway was changed. In May 1949, Tiebei Street office was changed.
