Tianjin Wind Power Industrial Park is located in the north of Beichen District, Tianjin. It is 5km away from the urban area (outer ring road), 19km away from Tianjin airport, 50km away from Tianjin port and 100km away from Beijing. The park connects with national trunk roads such as Jingjintang expressway, 112 Expressway (formerly National Highway 205), Jinwei highway and Jiuyuan highway. Jingjintang expressway has entrances and exits in the east of the park, with traffic extending in all directions. The park extends to DAZHANGZHUANG central town in the East, Jingjintang Expressway in the west, Zhangxin road in the South and national highway 112 in the north.

Park Development Concept
In 2011, the development and construction of 7.1 square kilometers of the start-up area was completed, reaching the construction standard of "nine links and one leveling". In 2010, 30 wind power projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan were introduced, with sales revenue of 1.9 billion yuan and tax revenue of 80 million yuan. At present, the park has introduced more than 260 enterprises from 24 countries and regions to invest and build factories, including Wal mart of the United States, Siemens of Germany, abb of Switzerland, Ti of the United Kingdom, LG of South Korea, Toyota of Japan and a number of world top 500 enterprises. Park support measures
On the basis of the existing preferential policies in the city, the unique supporting measures of the park are: (1) the park should formulate corresponding preferential policies. For the enterprises and projects that meet the conditions, the fees exempted from company registration include industrial and commercial registration fee, enterprise annual inspection fee, membership fee, certificate fee of Technical Supervision Bureau and card fee; the fees exempted from project construction include new wall development fund of District Construction Committee, bulk water mud fund, construction contract review fee of construction engineering, civil air defense construction fee of District Civil Air Defense Office in other places; and Waste and soil fees of Rongwei. 2. The park shall formulate incentive measures for investment promotion. The project introducers and institutions that attract domestic and foreign investment projects to Beichen District through various channels will be rewarded. For industrial and service projects with a registered capital of more than 30 million yuan, a one-time reward will be given to the introducer or institution according to 2 ‰ of the actual amount of the registered capital of the project after the completion of the registration and obtaining the construction commencement procedures. After the project is completed and put into operation, the introducer or organization will be rewarded according to 5% of the actual tax retained part of the project for three consecutive years.
