Yangchang Town, belonging to Nayong County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southwest of Nayong County. It is adjacent to Shuguang town in the East and Southeast, bide town in Shuicheng County, Liupanshui City in the south, Dongdi Miao Yi Township in Shuicheng County, Liupanshui City in the southwest, Xinfang Yi Miao Township in the West and northwest, and zongling town in the north and northeast, with an administrative area of 109.77 square kilometers.

Before the thirtieth year of the Republic of China (1941), it belonged to Dafang County; in 1991, Yangchang, haizuo, Dongkou and Yantang were merged into Yangchang town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yang town was 63911. As of June 2020, Yangchang town has jurisdiction over 17 communities and 4 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Wulong community.

History of construction

Before 1941, it belonged to Dafang County.

In the thirtieth year of the Republic of China (1941), when Nayong County was established, it was divided into three counties.

In 1953, Haimo township was merged into Yangchang township.

In 1958, Yangchang commune was established.

In 1991, Yangchang, haizuo, Dongkou and Yantang were merged into Yangchang town.
