Yingxiu town is located in the south of Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Wolong Nature Reserve, and is the gateway of ABA, and the only way to travel to Jiuzhaigou, Wolong and simaiden mountain. The town covers an area of 113.99 square kilometers, with a population of 5725 (2017). It has nine administrative villages and 31 villagers' groups. In November 2017, Yingxiu town was awarded the fifth national civilized village.

When entering the town, the only thing that seems to have not changed at a glance is the site of Xuankou middle school, but the ruins are enclosed and can not enter casually. When he was 21 years old, they swept the empty tomb because the remains were not found. Hu Zhengjun, the grandson of hujianguo, was killed in Yingxiu primary school. He was only 11 years old and buried in the cemetery, but there was no tombstone.
