Yueqing Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Tumen City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is located in the south of Tumen City. It is adjacent to Tumen River in the East, across the river from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kaishantun town of Longjing City in the south, dongshengyong town and Chang'an town of Tumen City in the west, and Shixian town in the north, with an administrative area of 238.65 square kilometers.
In the 20th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty (1894), the commune was set up under the jurisdiction of Bao. Yueqing Township belonged to three communes of baojiqing, Jixia and yuelang in Ningyuan. In 1969, it was assigned to Tumen City. In 1994, Yueqing township was changed into a town. In 2003, Hongguang township was merged into Yueqing town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Yue Qing town was 9046. As of June 2020, Yueqing town has one community and 13 administrative villages.
