Luobiao town is located in the south of Gongxian County, 70 kilometers away from the county (Xunchang). It is adjacent to Luohai town in the East, Wangjia town in the south, Gaokan Township in Junlian County in the West and Luodu Miao Township in the north. The altitude is 440-1270m, the highest altitude (GUANBAOSHAN) is 1270m, and the altitude of the government residence is 560m. It is surrounded by mountains, rolling hills and deep canyons. The East and West streams meander into the Nanguang river. The whole terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. Jiezhen is built on a long soil ridge with a slope of about 20 degrees, a length of 2000 meters from north to South and a width of 300 meters from east to west. It is like a reverse boat, which is called "luobiao boat". The town covers an area of 78.6 square kilometers. It governs 19 administrative villages (including 3 rural communities), 1 urban community, 141 agricultural communities and 4 resident groups. It has 23000 mu of arable land and 85000 mu of forest, of which 37000 Mu are planted artificially, with a forest coverage rate of 65.9%. With a history of more than 2000 years, "Bo People's hanging coffin" is well-known at home and abroad. It is listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit and is famous for "strange mystery". There are ancient Bo wonders such as coffin shop, nine lanterns, longdonggou, nine seals, Baima cave, Pearl umbrella and Eagle Rock in the scenic area. Evolution of organizational system
Luobiao was adjacent to many states in ancient times, and its territory changed frequently. The name of luobiao appeared in hongwuzhong of Ming Dynasty, which was under the jurisdiction of xunanwei. In 1464, luobiao belonged to an township. In the 10th year of Qianlong, Zhu Zhenli, the county magistrate, changed an township to Chongli Township, which was known as Chongli Township, Gongxian County, Xuzhou capital of xianandao, Sichuan Province.
