Taihua Township

Old town name. See Dawang town for details. The former Taihua township is located in the middle of the southern county of Sichuan Province, connecting hanpo Township in the East, Silong Township in the south, Sanguan town and Dawang town in the west, and dingshui town in the north. The township covers an area of 15.81 square kilometers, with 13 villages, 91 communities and 8655 people (2017).

In 2019, Taihua township will be abolished and its administrative region will be put under the jurisdiction of Dawang Town, where the people's government is located at No. 1, Baoma street.

Rural scale

Taihua township is a sericulture and fruit base Township determined by the county. The main food crops are rice, wheat, corn, sweet potato, Autumn Potato and so on. The economic crops are mainly rape, peanut, winter soybean and pepper.

In 2012, the total agricultural output value of the township was 47 million yuan, and the total grain output was 9500 tons. The per capita net income of farmers reached 4500 yuan. There are 1 Township Health Center, 10 village medical centers, 1 Township Primary School, 2 village basic point schools and 2 private schools. By the end of 2007, the rural power grid reform had been completed. There are more than 400 program-controlled telephones, more than 5000 mobile phones, nearly 1000 home computers and 3 base stations of China Mobile and China Unicom. The construction area of the town is 0.4 square kilometers, and there are more than 1000 residents. The market trade is very active. The forest coverage rate is 45%. There are 15 branches and 355 party members in the township.

infrastructure

In 2004, Taisi highway was widened from tongziya, Dawang Town, national highway 212 to 5.5 meters, 3 kilometers from the entrance of taihuachang to the exit of taihuachang, and 6 kilometers from the exit of taihuachang to majiaya, Nanyang Miao village. Taoshuwan, miaozizi village community road has been built to households. Chunpingya village has been built into a new civilized village, covering the whole village and community roads with sand, pebbles and gravel for a total of 2 km. A drinking pool has been built to supply 400 cubic meters of domestic water for the whole village. Construction of cement board hardening Road 2, 2 km straight farmland (loquat garden) 200 mu.

At the end of 2006, nanyangmiao and songjiamiao villages implemented the medium to low yield land reform of 600 mu, built 17 reservoirs, stored 70000 cubic meters of water, maintained irrigation of 1500 mu of farmland, raised irrigation of 1500 mu, and built 4 convenient roads and 4 kilometers into the countryside. Four 6 km tractor roads will be built. Huachang has built an 800m3 reservoir and a water supply station. The drinking water problem of 180 households and 2500 people in Huachang town has been completely solved. In taoshuwan village, 150 mu of mulberry trees are planted in one step. Jialing 20A variety has been grafted and 750 silkworms have been raised all year round. It is a sericulture base township. Nufangping village has planted 110 mu of Guoyou No.3 crisp sweet pomelo, which entered the peak production period in 2007 (this variety was selected by yongchangxue pomelo tree in group 1, village 3, Taihua Township, and was awarded Guoyou No.3 by the national fruit Compensation Association in 1996).

In 2012, the road from tongziya, Dawang town to Taihua township to majiaya village, Silong Township, Dawang town was built. The cost is nearly 14 million yuan and the average width of the road is 7 meters. It was completed in January 2013. By then, it will only take 40 minutes from Silong to Taihua Township to the south. The traffic condition will be greatly alleviated and it will be convenient for vehicles to get in and out of the township.

There is a primary school in Taihua Township, with 42 teaching staff, 9 teaching classes, 14 teachers with intermediate titles, and 85 new students sent to the higher authorities. The enrollment rate of children is 100%. Taihua rural closed-circuit television has achieved village to village access, accounting for 70% of the total farmers, and program-controlled telephone has reached village to village access, accounting for 5% of the total farmers. There are 3850 labor export workers in the township, and the industrial output value is 26.75 million yuan, of which the total agricultural output value is 15.65 million yuan. The annual turnover is 799300 yuan, and the tax and profit are 350000 yuan. The annual total grain output was 54640 tons, vegetables 8300 tons, aquatic products 1070 tons, and 7910 pigs were sold and 7900 pigs were stored. The annual budget revenue was 893500 yuan, the annual financial expenditure was 893500 yuan, and the annual per capita net income of farmers was 2428 yuan, an increase of 8% over the previous year. In 2004, there were 3850 migrant workers and businessmen, with labor income of 13.24 million yuan, including 2350 migrant workers, with income of 11.42 million yuan. This year's labor export work was awarded by the county Party committee and the county government, and was rated as the advanced collective of labor export.

In the second half of 2007, Taihua Township, under the care of the county Party committee and the county government, and with the strong support of the municipal and County Civil Affairs Bureau, invested more than 200000 yuan in rebuilding the idle primary school in wufangzui village of Taihua Township into a rural home for the aged. The nursing home covers an area of nearly 1000 square meters, with a building area of 600 square meters. It can support 30 people of the five guarantees. It has realized power, water, access and closed-circuit television. The green area is over 30%. The house is safe and solid with reasonable layout, including conference room, President's office, medical room, kitchen, toilet, activity site and income generating production base. The house is spacious and bright with complete facilities, clean and sanitary, and each room can accommodate 2 people. The system of homes for the aged is sound, with full-time directors, cookers, cashiers, accountants and other staff.

Industrial economy

By the end of 2006, 7918 pigs had been put on the market and 7700 pigs had been kept in the village. 1500 dly crossbred pigs and 200 ly sows were introduced. 350 Xihe goats were introduced. In 2007, 3166 were bred in nanyangmiao village, taoshuwan village and lijiaya village. In the early spring of Taihua, the main crops are Chuanmai series wheat and Chuanyou series rape, intercropped with Hu Dou, pea and vegetables, including 2800 mu of wheat, 1850 mu of rape, Gangyou series rice, Chengdan series corn, Nanshu series sweet potato and Tianfu series sweet potato Peanut gongxuan No.1 is mainly soybean, including 2714 mu of rice, 1500 mu of corn, 2500 mu of sweet potato, 2000 mu of peanut and 1500 mu of soybean.
