Xueguantun Township, belonging to Cangxian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Cangxian County, adjacent to Guanzhuang township of Huanghua city in the East, Li Tianmu Township in the southeast, yaoguantun Township in the southwest, Beijing Shanghai railway and national highway 104 in the west, Xingji town in the north. In 1949, it was located in the seventh district of Cangxian (in Xue Guantun); in 1984, it was converted to Xue Guan Tun Xiang; in 1996, the village was incorporated into the village; as at the end of 2018, there were 24603 registered residence population in Xue Guan Tun township; as of June 2020, 13 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Xue Guan Tun Township, and the Township People's government was in Xue Guan Tun Village.

History of construction
In 1949, xueguantun township was located in the seventh district of Cangxian county.
At the beginning of 1950, it was the eighth District of Cangxian county.
In the autumn of 1958, it belonged to the fourth commune of Dongfeng and was the management area of xueguantun.
In January 1959, it merged with the first commune of red flag in Cangxian county and became Xingji commune.
In April 1961, Xingji commune was assigned to Qingxian County; in the same year, xueguantun commune was established.
In January 1962, it was again assigned to Cangxian county.
In 1984, it was changed to xueguantun township.
In 1996, maloupo township was incorporated into the city.
