Sifangtai town
Sifangtai town, subordinate to Liaozhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is managed by Tiexi District. It is located in the east of Liaozhong District, adjacent to Changtan town in the East, ciyutuo street in the south, panjiabao town in the west, Liuerbao town and yangshigang town in the north, Xinmintun town in the Northeast, with an administrative area of 61.72 square kilometers.
In 1960, Sifangtai commune was established; on October 1, 1998, Sifangtai township was removed from township to town, belonging to Liaozhong district; in 2007, it was put under the custody of Tiexi District of Shenyang City. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Sifangtai town was 19881. As of June 2020, Sifangtai town has jurisdiction over two communities and six administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Sifangtai village.

History of construction
In 1960, Sifangtai commune was established.
In 1983, it was changed to Sifangtai township.
On October 1, 1998, Sifangtai township was set up as a town, belonging to Liaozhong County.
In 2006, it was classified as Xihe economic zone.
In 2007, it was assigned to Tiexi District of Shenyang City.
