Dudu Township, subordinate to Fengdu County of Chongqing, is located in the southeast of Fengdu County. It is adjacent to Pengshui County in the East, Houping township of Wulong District in the south, Jilong town in the west, taipingba Township in the north and Longtan Township of Shizhu County in the northeast. It is 97 kilometers away from Fengdu county government, with a total area of 75.63 square kilometers.
In 1935, Dudu township was established. In March 1983, Dudu commune was changed into Dudu township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Dudu township was 4329. As of June 2020, Dudu township has jurisdiction over one community and four administrative villages.
The main food crops in Dudu township are corn, potato and sweet potato; the main animal husbandry is beef cattle, live pigs, sheep and poultry. In 2018, Dudu township has 2 industrial enterprises and 7 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
