Zhang Bai Wan Town, a Luanping County in Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Luanping County, East and Xiaoying Township, adjacent to Xidi Township in Shuangluan District, Southeast and southwest, with Luanping Yingying Township and Changshan Valley town. The West and northwest connect with the big village, north is connected with the town of Jin Gou Tun, the area is 217.51 square kilometers, and as of 2018, the registered residence population is 26480.
In May 1948, it belonged to ten districts of Luanping county. In 1956, Zhangbaiwan township was built. In 1983, Zhangbaiwan township was rebuilt. In April 1984, the township was withdrawn and the town was built. In 1993, zhouyingzi township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Zhangbaiwan town has 14 administrative villages.
