Tunpan township is located in the west of Jingxi County, 44 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to ronglao, Ludong and Anning townships in the East, Nanpo Township in the west, Sanhe Township in the north, Pingmeng town in Napo County in the southwest, and Heguang County in Gaoping Province in Vietnam in the south. The border line is from 106 to 109 boundary markers, with a total length of 22.5 km. Tunpan township has a long history. Mengma, nongnai, quhuai and other villages are revolutionary guerrilla bases.

Freezing rain and snow disaster
