Bagualing Manchu Township, located in the southeast of Hebei County, Chengde, is adjacent to Gushan town. The south is bounded by the Great Wall and is adjacent to 4 townships of Zunhua Valley, Ma Lan, Chengde, Xixia and Xing Wang, and is connected to the west of the town. The north is bordered by the town of Manlan and the mantianzu township of the South Tianmen, with a total area of 99.67 square kilometers. As of 2018, the registered residence population is 15070. .
In August 1945, it belonged to six districts of Xinglong County. In May 1956, Bagualing Township and Xiqu Township were established. In March 1984, the commune was abolished and the Bagualing township was restored. In May 1986, it was renamed Bagualing Manchu Township. As of June 2020, Bagualing Manchu countryside has jurisdiction over eight administrative villages.
