Changgang Township
Changgang Township, belonging to Lanxi County, Suihua, Heilongjiang, is located in the east of Lanxi County and the East Bank of the Hualong river. It is adjacent to Lianhua Town, Suihua. It is adjacent to the Changjiang Township and Lanhe Township, and is on the west border of the Hualong river. It is connected with Linjiang town in the north. In 2018, the area was 143.27 square kilometers and the registered residence population was 25856.
It originally belonged to Zhenglan Banner of Hulan City, and later to Dongxiang district. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the six guarantees. When the Northeast was occupied, it belonged to Hegang village. In 1949, Changgang village was set up, belonging to Changgang district (District 9). In 1964, there was a precipitation. In 1980, it was renamed Changgang commune. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. As of October 2019, it has jurisdiction over Changxin village, Changfu village, Changtai village, Changchun Village and Changrong village.
