Beiyingfang town

The registered residence of the North Ying Town, which belongs to the Xing Long county of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northern part of the Xing Long county. The East is adjacent to the Li Jia Ying township. The South and yingyingyingzi mining area are adjacent to yingjiyingzi town and Wang Jizhuang town. Southwest and West are connected with the pingbao town and the North Water Spring Township. The north connects with the Liu Zhang Zi Township of Chengde County, with a total area of 98.73 square kilometers, and as of 2018, the household registration population is 13873.

In August 1945, it was the third district of Xinglong County. In May 1956, Shangwopu township was established and transferred to Chengde city. In March 1986, Shangwopu Township moved to beiyingfang village and changed its name to beiyingfang township. In July 1988, the township was withdrawn and beiyingfang town was established; in December of the same year, huangdigou township was merged. As of June 2020, beiyingfang town has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.

Historical evolution

In August 1945, it was the third district of Xinglong County.

In May 1956, Shangwopu township was established and transferred to Chengde city.

In July 1958, it was transferred to Xinglong County; in September of the same year, the township was withdrawn and the iron and steel commune was established.

In April 1959, the iron and steel commune established yingshouyingzi commune and Shouwangfen commune.

In July 1961, xiyingshouyingzi commune established Wopu commune.

In March 1984, Shangwopu township was established.

In March 1986, Shangwopu Township moved to beiyingfang village and changed its name to beiyingfang township.

In July 1988, the township was withdrawn and beiyingfang town was established; in December of the same year, huangdigou township was merged.
