Historical evolution

In the first year of Daoguang reign of Qing Dynasty (1821), it was the fishing salary regiment of shangerli (zhonggangli) in shangbaihu village, Tianmen County; in the period of the Republic of China, it was the fishing salary District, the eighth district and the Fifth District.
