Historical evolution
In the first year of Daoguang reign of Qing Dynasty (1821), it was the fishing salary regiment of shangerli (zhonggangli) in shangbaihu village, Tianmen County; in the period of the Republic of China, it was the fishing salary District, the eighth district and the Fifth District. Yuxin town is located in the hinterland of Jianghan Plain, with fertile land, mild and rainy climate, four distinct seasons in spring, summer, autumn and winter, abundant sunshine and abundant products.
