Yingbazha street, belonging to Aksu City, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Aksu city. It is adjacent to Xincheng street in the East, Nancheng street in the south, ayikule town in the west, Hongqiao street and yiganqi Township in the north. In 2011, it covers an area of 38 square kilometers and has a total population of 42056.
Before 1949, Yingbazha street was one of the counties. In 1956, Yingbazha neighborhood committee was established under the jurisdiction of Aksu Town People's Committee. In 1960, the peace Office was established under the jurisdiction of Aksu Town People's commune. In 1983, Aksu county was set up as a city. In January 1984, the organizational system of Aksu town was abolished, and the original Yingbazha office under the jurisdiction of the town commune was upgraded to the township level organizational system, which was directly under the municipal government.
